Deleting your account

Drox Pty Ltd, ACN 701 899 210. Last changed 27 October 2026. Applies to the Drox app and the Drox website.

How to ask

Email contact@usedrox.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Drox account”. We confirm it is you, then delete the account. We answer within 30 days. There is no delete button in the app yet; a request by email is the way.

Signing out of the app on your phone removes everything the app kept on that phone (your wallet cards, drawings, forms and drafts), and the phone stops getting notifications. It does not delete your account.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, job title, phone number and photo.
  • Your wallet: every licence, ticket, induction and certificate you added, with their photos.
  • Your sign-ins on every phone, and their notification registrations.
  • Your notification settings, preferences and any AI conversations of your own.

What a project keeps

Drox is used to run engineering and construction projects, whose records belong to the organisation running them. A form you filed, a comment you wrote, a status you set on site or a drawing you reviewed stays in that project's record, as it would in a paper site diary, because the project has to be able to show who did what and when. Your name stays on those records; nothing else about you does. Those records are the organisation's, handled under our agreement with them.

Questions

The same address answers them. How the website handles your details, and how to complain if you think we got it wrong, is on the privacy page.
